CyberArk IAM Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a CyberArk IAM Engineer to join their team. As a CyberArk IAM Engineer , you will be part of the Security Operations Department supporting the CyberArk and IAM support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CyberArk IAM Engineer

What's the Job?

• Provide operational support for enterprise IAM platforms, including CyberArk and custom applications.
• Manage day-to-day IAM activities such as account provisioning, password resets, and access reviews.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure high availability.
• Analyze, create, validate, and implement change requests following established processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical IAM services and troubleshoot incidents promptly.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar privileged access management platforms.
• Ability to manage change requests through full lifecycle (analysis, build, validation, implementation, closure).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, access lifecycle processes, and operational security controls.
