UX Researcher IV

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and user experience sector, is seeking a UX Researcher IV to join their team. As a UX Researcher IV, you will be part of the Consumer Insights team supporting product development and user experience enhancement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: UX Researcher IV

Location: Burlingame, CA

Pay Range: $90-$95 per hour

What's the Job?

• Plan and execute research using appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, diary studies, and product evaluations.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define research goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables for assigned projects.
• Develop research plans, screeners, discussion guides, and related study materials to ensure comprehensive data collection.
• Conduct data collection, synthesize findings, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams.
• Communicate research results through detailed reports and engaging presentations tailored to stakeholder needs, supporting iterative learning and product improvements.

What's Needed?

• Experience conducting UX research and selecting appropriate methods to address research questions effectively.
• Proficiency in planning and moderating user interviews and usability testing sessions.
• Ability to synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate research insights convincingly.
• Experience with research-related AI tools and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
