Our client is seeking a Certified Project Manager to join their team. As a Certified Project Manager, you will be part of the project management office supporting strategic initiatives and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and critical thinking abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead large-scale technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives within the child care systems.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project artifacts including project plans, charters, and status reports.
- Facilitate vendor selection, contract negotiations, and manage multi-vendor environments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and facilitate executive-level decision-making processes.
- Ensure project compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
What's Needed?
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
- 15+ years of experience in developing project artifacts such as plans, charters, and status reports.
- 10+ years of procurement planning experience, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
- Significant experience leading large-scale technology modernization or digital transformation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement expertise.
