Our client, a leader in innovative AR/VR technology solutions, is seeking a dedicated Data Collection Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Data Collection Technician, you will be an integral part of the Product Data Operations team, supporting the development of cutting-edge avatar technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Collection Technician
Location: Onsite – Redmond, WA
Duration: 3 month contract, possible extension
Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM PST

Pay Range: $25/hour

What's the Job?

  • Conduct internal research studies, including sourcing participants, guiding them through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Compile consistent reports, identify trends and issues, and provide actionable feedback to support project success.
  • Recruit internal participants through various methods such as canvassing and posting.
  • Support training initiatives and conduct weekly quality assurance audits to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Assist with data tracking, reporting, and interpreting insights to foster ongoing learning and quality enhancement.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, behavioral science, or related fields such as psychology, statistics, or information systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Excel.
