Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Sales Order Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Order Entry Specialist, you will be part of the Neuromodulation Sales Operations supporting sales and customer service teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sales Order Entry Specialist
Location: Austin, TX || Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, 1–2 days remote/WFH per week)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract
What's the Job?
- Accurately enter and process sales orders and related transactions in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Review orders for completeness, accuracy, pricing, customer information, and required documentation prior to submission.
- Validate product, customer, and order data to ensure compliance with business rules and operational requirements.
- Monitor Salesforce order queues and manage order intake within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Sales Operations teams to resolve order discrepancies and data issues.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma equivalent qualification.
- 0-1 years of experience in data entry, sales support, sales operations, customer service, or order management.
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
