Our client, a leading Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing organization, is seeking a Commercialization Project Leader to join their team. As a Commercialization Project Leader, you will be part of the Commercialization & Innovation Team supporting R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Commercialization Project Leader
Location: Camden, NJ (Hybrid) or Fully Remote (Eastern Time Hours)
Pay Range: Up to $38.30/hour
12 Month Contract
What’s the Job?
- Lead commercialization and new product launch projects from concept through market launch using Stage-Gate methodology.
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15+ concurrent projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and external partners.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks while driving key business decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with commercialization, Stage-Gate processes, NPD/NPI, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Food, CPG, or Pharmaceutical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
