Senior litigation Paralegal/ Case Manager 100k-130k Hybrid NYC
Premier law firm midtowns seeking experienced Sr Litigation Paralegal/ Case Manager to assist with heavy caseload.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–12 years of Litigation Paralegal experience
- Strong experience in Federal District Courts
- Experience with Multidistrict Litigation (MDL) (Class Action experience is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with large-scale discovery management
- PACER filing/e-filing experience
- Advanced Bluebooking and cite-checking skills
- Legal research experience using:
- Westlaw
- LexisNexis
- PACER
- Bloomberg Law
- AlphaSense
- Experience preparing:
- Briefs
- Complaints
- Depositions
- Hearings
- Trials
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
