We are seeking a Cisco Sales Advisor (CSA) who will act as a coach, trusted advisor, and product evangelist for Charter Communications Enterprise sales teams. This role focuses on Cisco Meraki solutions, helping Spectrum/Charter sellers improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, pipeline generation, and deal closure rates.
The successful candidate will work closely with Charter's Strategic Enterprise segment and provide coaching, training, sales support, and market intelligence to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Enablement
- Coach, lead, and develop the next generation of sales professionals.
- Drive team performance through KPI management and sales execution processes.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and group sales meetings.
- Create individualized development and performance plans for sellers.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting seller success.
- Provide ongoing coaching around sales methodology and execution.
- Serve as the Cisco Meraki subject matter expert.
- Help sellers understand:
- Meraki solutions and use cases
- Product positioning
- Competitive differentiation
- Objection handling strategies
- Discovery best practices
- Support sellers throughout the opportunity lifecycle:
- Identification
- Qualification
- Proposal development
- Opportunity management
- Closing
- Support Charter's Strategic Enterprise customer segment:
- Organizations with 20+ locations
- Organizations with 400+ employees
- Participate in strategic account planning and opportunity reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Cisco Meraki sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Experience supporting enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Strong coaching and sales enablement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools.
- Experience with:
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Data analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud Networking
- Managed Services
- Enterprise Networking Solutions
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
