Our client, a leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry, is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the National Facilities team supporting operations, finance, procurement, construction, and external service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Operations Coordinator

Location: REMOTE (Must work in Eastern or Central time zones)

Pay Range:$22.75

What's the Job?

  • Manage, monitor, and support work orders within the CMMS platform from creation through completion.
  • Maintain accurate records for restaurants, assets, vendors, and locations to support reliable reporting and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with service providers regarding work order status, proposals, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Support project coordination for repair, maintenance, and capital projects, organizing documentation and tracking milestones.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and leadership updates on work order activity, vendor performance, and project status.

What's Needed?

  • At least 3 years of experience in operations coordination, facilities administration, or related fields.
  • Basic proficiency with Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint; experience with CMMS systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear updates and reports.
  • Experience working remotely in recent roles is required.
