Our client is seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT support department, assisting in maintaining seamless technology operations across the organization. What's the Job?

  • Provide technical support for Windows and iOS corporate devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets efficiently.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of business and common applications such as Microsoft Office, third-party tools, and enterprise applications.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Support Active Directory and Group Policy management to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 7/10).
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, and cloud services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
