Our client is seeking a Oracle Training Specialist to join their team. As a Oracle Training Specialist, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting the implementation and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Oracle Training Specialist
Location: Remote with 10% travel to Loveland, CO
What's the Job?
- Create design concepts for learning activities including approach and materials
- Establish learning objectives, gather information, research, and partner with SMEs as needed
- Leverage various learning design methodologies to develop effective training programs
- Develop and support advanced learning projects, including project plans, communication, and budgeting
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful work environment
What's Needed?
- Minimum three years of experience implementing Oracle training materials
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle SCM system modules and related processes, including Manufacturing, Service Logistics, Inventory, and Order to Invoice/Quote to Cash
- Experience building Job Aids, ILT materials, and short demo videos aligned to branding and style guides
- Ability to meet turnaround SLAs, proactively flag risks, dependencies, and cross-module impacts
