Our client, a leading organization in the sales enablement and technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager, Gong Engage to join their team. As a Program Manager, Gong Engage, you will be part of the strategic operations supporting global sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $35-41/hr

What's the Job?

  • Design and establish the engagement framework for key stakeholders across enablement, operations, regional leadership, and field teams.
  • Develop and maintain the ongoing engagement model for sales plays and content within Gong Engage, ensuring relevance and localization.
  • Define the stakeholder engagement and communication strategy for the OCC-to-Engage migration, supporting change management efforts.
  • Outline the connection and coordination model for teams, regions, and functions during platform rollout phases.
  • Partner with product teams to document, prioritize, and communicate platform enhancement needs, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in program management within complex, multi-functional enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of Gong Engage capabilities and the broader Gong suite, including Conversation Intelligence and Forecast.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Operational discipline to build and sustain repeatable structures, cadences, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience working across geographies to localize and implement global programs effectively.
