Our client, a leader in innovative technology development, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be part of the Reality Labs department supporting cutting-edge research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: UX Researcher III
Location:Redmond, WA (onsite role; no remote options)
Pay Range: $70-$75
What's the Job?
- Design and conduct research to guide the development of innovative AI glasses user experiences, focusing on speech communication and human-AI interaction.
- Evaluate and iterate on audio and communication features for AI wearables by understanding user perceptions and interactions.
- Translate research insights into clear, measurable recommendations and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to influence the development and integration of future AI wearable experiences.
- Independently manage research activities including data collection, analysis, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
What's Needed?
- MA/MS in Cognitive Psychology, Linguistics, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Speech and Hearing Sciences, Neuroscience, or a related UX field.
- 2+ years of experience conducting applied research on consumer products with both lab-based and remote quantitative methods.
- Proficiency in descriptive and inferential statistics, surveys, and experimental design.
- 2+ years of experience with qualitative research methods such as interviews and diary studies.
- At least 1 year of experience working within cross-functional teams.
