Certified Senior Project Manager 

Our client is seeking a Certified Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Certified Senior Project Manager, you will be supporting enterprise-wide modernization and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Certified Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote - Must reside in Wisconsin

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate complex enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, elicit requirements, and foster collaboration among internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor project scope, budget, quality, and risks, escalating issues as necessary to maintain project health.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other project managers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing technology implementation projects, including software, systems, or products.
• Proficiency with Agile, Hybrid, or other project management methodologies.
• Strong vendor management skills and experience overseeing interconnected projects within larger programs.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
