Our client, a leading organization in data center and technology infrastructure, is seeking a Systems Design Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Design Engineer, you will be part of the Data Center Platform Engineering Group supporting complex system troubleshooting and hardware management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Work through a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in data center environments.
- Debug platforms and systems, ensuring priority issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Monitor data center operations for issues such as power outages, network disruptions, and cooling leaks.
- Physically install, replace, and troubleshoot hardware components, including GPUs and CPUs.
- Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams to communicate issues and drive continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
- Experience working in a data center environment with complex systems, including CPU and GPU hardware.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as JIRA, and familiarity with debugging methodologies (BMC, BIOS, GPU).
- Strong Linux skills, including running automated scripts, analyzing logs, and providing system updates.
- Ability to work on-site during first shift hours (roughly 9 am - 6 pm).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
