What's the Job?

  • Lead complex lifecycle initiatives and support tasks, including cross-functional projects with broad impact.
  • Review and analyze complex operational tasks, identifying opportunities for process improvements and AI-enabled optimization.
  • Make informed decisions in complex situations related to trade processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate strategically with peers and senior management to resolve issues and achieve organizational goals.
  • Translate operational processes into structured, scalable frameworks to support consistency and knowledge reuse.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
  • Strong expertise in trade lifecycle, settlement, and operational risk controls across multiple functions.
  • Proficiency in operational process mapping, analysis, and data structuring using tools like Excel.
  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI enablement, and designing structured prompts with clear rules and constraints.
  • Ability to assess complex operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
