Agile Coach - Senior

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be an integral part of the Portfolio Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s innovative culture.

Job Title: Agile Coach - Senior

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $70/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, including tracking, validation, and reporting
• Partner with business and technology teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures
• Execute value measurement processes that connect delivery outputs to business outcomes
• Continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including intake, demand management, and prioritization support
• Develop dashboards and reporting artifacts to visualize value realization, delivery performance, and strategic progress

What's Needed?

• 5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, or related disciplines
• Proficiency with Lean-Agile practices, portfolio operations, and enterprise tools like Clarity, Rally, or Jira
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• SAFe certification or comparable portfolio management training
