Our client, a leading organization in the energy and petrochemical industry, is seeking a Business Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Commercial and Business department supporting enterprise-wide coverage strategies for processing aids and raw materials. The ideal candidate will have analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Spring, TX
Pay Range: $110-115/hr W2
What's the Job?
- Support development and execution of enterprise-wide coverage strategies for processing aids and raw materials.
- Provide analytical horsepower, strategic insights, and market intelligence to enable commercial optimization.
- Assist in building Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and supply chain risk mitigation strategies.
- Support financial modeling and scenario planning to optimize strategies and project valuations.
- Analyze internal and external data sources to identify cost-saving opportunities and market shifts.
What's Needed?
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related STEM discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in analysis roles within petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, logistics, or similar sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with high proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling and complex analysis.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Technical proficiency in data modeling, analysis, forecasting, and visualization tools such as SAP, SQL, Power BI is advantageous.
