Our client, a leading organization in the corporate technology support sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Executive Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Infrastructure / IT Support department supporting executive leadership and high-profile corporate events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Deliver white-glove technical support for executives, board members, and VIP stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary technology contact for executive meetings, boardrooms, and leadership events.
- Provide on-site and remote support for corporate meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Plan, set up, test, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment including displays, projectors, and conferencing systems.
- Coordinate with various teams and vendors to ensure seamless event execution and technology readiness.
What's Needed?
- Experience in Executive Support, Event Support, AV Support, or End User Services within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, and VIP stakeholders.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Teams, Teams Rooms, Zoom, Webex, and other collaboration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with audio-visual and conferencing technologies, including microphones, cameras, and digital signage.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
