Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 4, you will be part of the Business Operations team supporting strategic initiatives and process optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 4
Location: Remote (Redmond, WA) (but will need to be onsite in Redmond, WA once a month or once every couple of months)
Pay Range: $59/hr to $62/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Design, implement, and improve scalable business processes supporting marketing execution and resource planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to automate and standardize workflows, enhancing operational efficiency
- Manage and maintain operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and reporting systems
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and training resources to ensure process consistency and compliance
- Partner with leadership to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and executive communications
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience supporting digital marketing programs, especially in B2B environments
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
