Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply chain industry, is seeking a SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting warehouse management and business process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: SAP EWM Business Systems Analyst

Location:Remote (Candidates must be willing to travel to St. Louis for initial training (2-3 weeks) and periodic visits to factory locations)

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Warehouse Management-related issues, providing operational support via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending effective solutions
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and support process optimization initiatives
  • Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects, including testing cycles, validation, and system enhancements
  • Deliver training and support to end users, ensuring effective system utilization and continuous learning
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Provide prompt support via phone, email, and messaging platforms 
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues 
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions 
  • Provide end-user training and support documentation

Business Analysis & Continuous Improvement:

Analyze business processes and identify improvements 
Translate business requirements into solutions 
Support process optimization initiatives 

Project Support & Delivery 
Participate in SAP EWM/ERP projects and enhancements 
Support testing cycles and validation 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams 

Systems & Technical Responsibilities 
SAP WM, EWM, and MM-IM support 
Analyze third-party integrations (EDI, WMS, interfaces) 
Monitor warehouse KPIs 

Collaboration & Training 
Deliver training and support end users 
Collaborate with IT and business teams 

Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
Experience with SAP WM/EWM/MM-IM 
Strong analytical and communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications 
SAP Certification 
Experience with Cambar, SQL, EDI
