Our client is seeking a Warehouse IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations during new warehouse launches and post-go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Warehouse IT Support Specialist
Location: Miami, Florida - Onsite 8am - 5pm or 11am - 8pm shifts
What's the Job?
- Provide front-line support to warehouse associates and supervisors during go-live and hypercare phases
- Walk the warehouse floor to answer process questions and reinforce training
- Assist users in following standard operating procedures and system workflows
- Identify and categorize operational issues, escalating true system problems to support teams
- Participate in pre-launch readiness sessions, training reviews, and daily hypercare meetings
What's Needed?
- Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new operational processes and system workflows quickly
- Willingness to travel to warehouse launch sites and work variable schedules during critical periods
