Cisco PAS Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications industry, is seeking a Cisco PAS Engineer to join their team. As a Cisco PAS Engineer, you will be part of the support department, working with the technical support team to ensure optimal network performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to technical challenges, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cisco PAS Engineer

Location: U.S Remote

What's the Job?

• Provide expert Cisco TAC support to clients, troubleshooting complex network issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems efficiently
• Document support activities and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco products and industry best practices
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Cisco network solutions

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in Cisco TAC support or similar technical support roles
• Strong understanding of Cisco networking technologies and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
• Availability to start promptly and adapt to changing support needs
