Project Manger

Our client is seeking a Project Manger IT Mergers and Acquisitions to join their team. As a Project Manger, you will be part of the IT and healthcare operations support team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end technology project planning and execution for healthcare facility acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, and cost plans using ServiceNow SPM.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across network engineering, telecom, facilities, and vendors.
• Track and report project financials, including budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, status meetings, and lessons learned sessions to ensure project success.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Must have 5+ years of experience IT Mergers & Acquisitions
• Experience managing complex projects involving network infrastructure, telecom, and clinical systems.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI and tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
