Our client, a leading organization in enterprise transformation, is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to join their dynamic team. As a Workday Integration Developer, you will be part of the IT Solutions Department supporting the migration from SAP to Workday. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Workday Integration Developer (No C2C)

Location: Remote (Must be available during EST business hours)

Pay Range: $69-71/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations across enterprise applications.
  • Build new integrations and enhance existing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the SAP-to-Workday migration lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues, ensuring seamless system performance.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience as a Workday Integration Developer with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
  • Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level Workday environments, including HCM and Financials modules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work across diverse teams.
