Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a .Net Production Support Engineer (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a .Net Production Support Engineer (Charlotte), you will be part of the IT Operations Department supporting a global team. What's the Job?
- Provide 24x7 end-to-end monitoring and support of critical infrastructure and application components.
- Proactively identify and research potential production incidents using monitoring tools.
- Respond promptly to alerts and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
- Perform trending and analysis to prevent potential service disruptions.
- Collaborate with Change Operations to support change implementations and identify risks.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience working independently in complex IT environments, preferably in production support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI, and experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, and Windows.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Intermediary.
- Ability to work in non-contiguous shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-call support as required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams.
