Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology support, is seeking an AI Copilot Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an AI Product & Copilot Support Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Workplace support team, dedicated to enhancing employee productivity and optimizing AI solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: AI Product & Copilot Support Specialist
Location: New York, New York
Pay Range: 55/hr
What's the Job?
- Support and maintain existing Custom GPTs, AI agents, and chatbot solutions used across the organization.
- Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent functionality and user satisfaction.
- Assist with minor configuration updates and enhancements to AI solutions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for AI-related questions and provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to gather user feedback and improve AI experiences.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of professional experience in technology support, digital workplace technologies, or related fields.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or AI chatbots.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to create clear, organized documentation and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
