Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Integration Manager 5 to join their team. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities that will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $85.00 - $92.00/hour
🔍What’s the Job?
- Supervise and coordinate construction production and operational activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to quality standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance production methods, equipment performance, quality, and overall efficiency.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve production and construction-related issues.
- Develop and maintain production tracking, quality control, and reporting systems to identify and address potential problems.
- Monitor construction standards while maintaining accurate production reports and personnel documentation.
✅What’s Needed?
- 10+ years of relevant construction, production management, or operations experience required.
- Data Center construction experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage time independently.
- Knowledge of construction processes, quality control methods, production techniques, and operational improvements.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models; experience with Bluebeam and P6 is preferred.
