Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a QA Technician I to join their team. As a QA Technician I, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the complaint investigation and device testing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QA Technician I
Location: Temecula, CA (100% on-site)
Pay Range: $20/hr. - $24/hr.
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Pay Range: 8AM - 5PM
What's the Job?
- Assist laboratory personnel in retrieving and inventorying returned goods related to product complaints.
- Communicate professionally with customers and affiliates via email, phone, and fax to ensure timely complaint resolution.
- Maintain accurate inventory of proxy devices and sterile device returns.
- Support process improvements to reduce cycle times and enhance compliance.
- Manage and organize data in Excel sheets to facilitate complaint device retrieval efforts.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret and follow established procedures and practices.
- Experience working in a quality system environment is preferred.
