Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be part of the Fulfillment team supporting the Supply Chain organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Supply Chain Planner
Location: Bellevue WA / Herndon, VA - Onsite
Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / conversion
What's the Job?
- Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring timely processing and accurate delivery dates.
- Collaborate with multiple teams including Logistics and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery and resolve capacity issues.
- Analyze open order reports, monitor system integrity, and address backorder concerns proactively.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Managers and internal partners to facilitate effective communication.
- Identify root causes of process failures and implement continuous improvements to optimize supply chain operations.
What's Needed?
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
- Understanding of supply chain systems and structures, including SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to adapt to holiday schedules and support team coverage as needed.
