Business Systems Analyst IV

Our client, a leading organization in the entertainment and technology industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the WB Corporate supporting various business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across all business functions to align technology solutions with strategic goals.
• Gather and translate requirements from business units to technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Prepare comprehensive cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.
• Support complex business processes by analyzing, designing, and modifying systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, elicitation, and documentation.
• 10+ years of experience owning and managing User Stories, with a background in business analysis.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with licensing management platforms is a plus.
