As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be integral to supporting the HR Transformation initiatives, focusing on Job Architecture, Compensation Strategy, and Workday HCM integration. What's the Job?

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide Job Architecture frameworks, including job families, profiles, and career paths.
  • Assess current workforce structures and develop future-state classification and leveling frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and validate compensation structures, including salary grades, ranges, and market benchmarking to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
  • Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent, Compensation, and Business leaders to ensure workforce design supports overall business strategy and growth.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience in Job Architecture, Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Transformation, or Workforce Strategy.
  • Deep understanding of Workday HCM, including Job Profiles, Job Families, Compensation Grades, and related processes.
  • Proven experience designing job families, career frameworks, leveling methodologies, and compensation structures.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops.
  • Experience conducting market benchmarking, pay structure development, and impact assessments.
