Business/Systems Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, supporting strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant

Location: Remote

What's the Job?

• Lead design discussions on Position Management strategy and operating model.
• Assess and optimize foundational workforce structures, including organizational design and governance.
• Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance models to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Assess downstream impacts across Workday and integrated systems to support seamless HR processes.
• Facilitate executive workshops and decision-making sessions to align stakeholders on workforce strategies.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of Workday HCM and HR Transformation experience.
• Deep expertise in Workday Position Management, Foundation Data Model Design, and Organizational Structures.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Workday transformations and advising senior leadership.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CHROs, HR leaders, and business stakeholders.
• Consulting or advisory experience supporting complex organizations with strategic workforce initiatives.
