Site IT Analyst

Our client is seeking an IT Site Analyst to join their team. As a Site Analyst, you will be part of the corporate IT department supporting internal users.

Job Title: IT Site Analyst 

Location: Brecksville Ohio 

Pay Range:$25-$29/hr 

What’s the Job?

Install and support meeting room equipment conforming to IT standards for conferencing.

· Support labs, special builds, and emergency support as scheduled or on an ad-hoc basis.

· Provide local support for networks, servers, and security, including hardware replacements.

· Enhance communication and problem-solving skills continuously and develop more efficient support methods.

· Participate in projects to improve service quality and foster technical and career development.

· Identify recurring support issues and create problem tickets.

· Assist in the global rollout of new applications and provide support at local sites.

· Educate and train local site users on IT systems and processes.

· Collaborate with vendors or third parties for issue resolution or upgrades at local sites.

· Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment at local sites.

What’s Needed?

The ideal candidate should possess a technical degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience, along with the following competencies:

· Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and convey empathy.

· Customer service expertise, ensuring consistent, positive experiences for end users and proactive issue resolution.

· Analytical problem-solving abilities, utilizing all resources to resolve or foresee issues, and updating processes and knowledge bases accordingly.

· Effective time management, setting realistic expectations for issue resolution with end users.

· Team collaboration, offering and receiving feedback, sharing knowledge, yet capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

· Relationship-building capabilities, fostering both internal and external relationships, and establishing rapport with end users efficiently.

· Multi-tasking proficiency, with a focus on prioritizing work effectively.
