Our client, a leader in healthcare and CPG products, is seeking a dedicated New Product Development Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a New Product Development Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Product Development Department, supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for bringing new products to market efficiently and effectively.

Location: Nutley, NJ
Contract: 12-18 Months to start
Pay Range:$35-40/hr
What's the Job?
- Drive the end-to-end launch process for new products from concept to market release.
- Manage cross-functional project timelines, ensuring all teams meet key milestones.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, prototypes, and meeting records.
- Track project budgets, monitor expenses, and manage vendor and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate testing protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure product standards are met.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear collaboration.
- Proficiency with product lifecycle management (PLM) software, ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle), and MS Office suite.
