Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the media and entertainment industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst IV to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst IV, you will be part of the Licensing & Publishing Technology department supporting content sales planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Partner with Content Sales, Finance, and Licensing teams to align CSP capabilities with business strategy and revenue objectives.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Support forecasting, scenario planning, and predictive modeling to enable faster, data-driven sales decisions.
• Evaluate current workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement scalable CSP solutions across the value stream.

What's Needed?

• Strong understanding of content licensing, rights management, and sales planning workflows (forecasting, deal modeling, revenue tracking).
• Experience translating complex business processes into scalable technology solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, analytics, and reporting to support forecasting and planning decisions.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs and recommend solutions based on ROI, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Strong project and product delivery experience in Agile environments, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
