What’s the Job?

• Manage contractor and business licensing applications, renewals, and registrations from submission through approval.
• Research and interpret state, county, and local regulations to ensure ongoing licensing compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with governmental agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate licensing-related documentation, including bonds, insurance certificates, W-9s, background checks, and licensing fees.
• Support operations and leadership teams by resolving compliance issues and maintaining accurate licensing records.

What’s Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of licensing, regulatory compliance, paralegal, or related administrative experience.
• Combination of higher education and relevant work experience equivalent to four years.
• Experience working with government agencies, permits, licenses, registrations, or compliance-related documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong document management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
