Location: Boca Raton, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $29.63 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Manage contractor and business licensing applications, renewals, and registrations from submission through approval.
- Research and interpret state, county, and local regulations to ensure ongoing licensing compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with governmental agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate licensing-related documentation, including bonds, insurance certificates, W-9s, background checks, and licensing fees.
- Support operations and leadership teams by resolving compliance issues and maintaining accurate licensing records.
What’s Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of licensing, regulatory compliance, paralegal, or related administrative experience.
- Combination of higher education and relevant work experience equivalent to four years.
- Experience working with government agencies, permits, licenses, registrations, or compliance-related documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong document management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
