Product Manager, Digital Health Platform & Clinician Workflow

We are seeking a Product Manager to join a digital health platform team focused on building and improving clinician-facing software applications and workflows. This role will initially focus on a core digital platform used by healthcare professionals, with responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and delivering intuitive front-end experiences that improve how clinicians interact with healthcare technology in their day-to-day workflows.

The ideal candidate has experience in digital health or healthcare software and has directly owned UI-heavy, front-end applications, portals, or workflow products used by clinicians or other healthcare professionals. We are looking for someone who understands the end-user experience and can translate real-world clinician pain points into intuitive product features and workflows.

This is a highly collaborative Product Management role working closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Clinical, Operations, Commercial, Regulatory, and other cross-functional teams. You will own product discovery and help translate user needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Lead product discovery for clinician-facing digital applications, including Voice of Customer research, clinician interviews, workflow observation, stakeholder feedback, and analysis of user pain points.

• Develop a deep understanding of how physicians, clinicians, and care teams interact with software throughout their day-to-day workflows.

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for UI-heavy, front-end application and portal capabilities, balancing user experience, clinician workflow needs, technical feasibility, business priorities, and regulatory considerations.

• Translate product strategy and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, release scope, and implementation plans.

• Partner closely with Engineering and UX/Design to build intuitive front-end experiences that simplify complex healthcare workflows.

• Work directly with clinicians and other end users to gather feedback, validate product concepts, identify friction points, and continuously improve the user experience.

• Lead cross-functional teams through iterative product development, launch readiness, change management, and post-launch adoption.

• Use product analytics, user behavior, adoption data, and KPIs to measure product performance and inform roadmap decisions.

• Support applications that serve multiple end-user personas and require complex workflow handoffs across clinicians, care teams, and operational users.

• Collaborate effectively with distributed and remote Engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with software applications, digital platforms, workflow products, or portals.

• Experience in digital health, healthcare software, healthcare IT, clinical technology, or a related healthcare environment.

• Direct experience building or improving UI-heavy, front-end software applications or portals.

• Experience with clinician-facing software or products used directly by physicians, clinicians, care teams, or other healthcare professionals is strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of user-centered product development and the ability to translate end-user needs into intuitive product experiences.

• Hands-on experience conducting product discovery, Voice of Customer research, user interviews, or workflow research.

• Experience defining product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and feature priorities.

• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Engineering and UX/Design teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Strong roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, Agile delivery, launch readiness, and product lifecycle management experience.

• Experience using product data or analytics to understand adoption, user behavior, workflow performance, and business impact.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across technical, clinical, operational, and business teams.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and bringing structure to ambiguous product challenges.

Preferred Experience

• Clinician-facing applications, physician portals, clinical workflow platforms, patient monitoring software, or healthcare operations applications.

• Front-end product development involving complex user journeys, multiple personas, dashboards, reporting, or workflow handoffs.

• Digital health or regulated healthcare software environments.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare interoperability concepts.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, Miro, Pendo, Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, or similar product and analytics tools.

• Experience working with distributed or international Engineering teams.

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business, healthcare, technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Additional Details

• 100% remote opportunity.

• Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

• Up to 20% travel may be required.

• This is a long-term opportunity supporting the continued growth and evolution of a clinician-facing digital health platform.
