OnBase Administrator Developer

Our client is seeking an OnBase Administrator Developer to join their team. As an OnBase Administrator Developer, you will be part of the IT Department supporting enterprise content management and document processing systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Madison, WI - Remote 
Candidates must reside in the State of Wisconsin

What's the Job?

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the enterprise content management system using Hyland OnBase.
• Design and develop workflows, forms, and custom queries to support organizational needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support, including incident management, system upgrades, and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions effectively.
• Ensure system security, performance, and compliance with relevant standards and policies.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in Hyland OnBase administration, configuration, engineering, and system tasks.
• Certifications: OnBase Certified System Administrator, OnBase Certified Installer, and OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or Engineer.
• Proficiency in OnBase Configuration, Studio, Unity Management Console, and API development (RESTful, SOAP).
• Strong skills in writing custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server, and performing system upgrades.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a high drive to excel and work independently.
