Lead Solutions Architect – Capital Markets & Treasury

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect – Capital Markets & Treasury to join their team. As a Lead Solutions Architect – Capital Markets & Treasury, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting Capital Markets, Treasury, Funding, Liquidity, and Regulatory platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Drive end-to-end solution architecture and requirements discovery for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate current-state processes and systems, define future-state capabilities, and support delivery teams through implementation and testing.
• Translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and delivery teams to define solution direction and create target-state designs.
• Support the IRRM (interest rate remediation program) and ensure successful solution delivery across various platforms.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Application Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience working with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions.
• Experience delivering solutions for Capital Markets.
• Experience working in an agile software development environment.
• Strong understanding of complex business processes and connecting business needs to technical solutions.
