Workflow Automation Trainer

Our client, a leading organization in the customer service and technology support industry, is seeking a dedicated Workflow Automation Trainer to join their dynamic team. As a Workflow Automation Trainer, you will be an integral part of the Learning & Development department supporting the contact center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong instructional design skills, the ability to simplify complex systems, and a proactive approach to training development, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Develop engaging training content focused on workflow automation and contact center processes
  • Create simulations, walkthroughs, and job aids to support agent and supervisor training
  • Translate complex platform functionalities into clear, user-friendly training materials
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate and refine training content
  • Support rapid updates and modifications aligned with platform changes and enhancements

What's Needed?

  • Experience developing training for contact center environments or similar settings
  • Strong instructional design and job aid development skills
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into actionable steps
  • Experience supporting large-scale technology rollouts, including curriculum planning
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
