Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Senior Pega Software Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Pega Software Engineer, you will be part of the Provider Management team supporting the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Build and support highly critical business processes within the Provider Pega platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and design to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in architectural design, system analysis, and programming activities, often conducting independent research.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to industry best practices, including test-driven development and automation frameworks.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing scalable and secure Pega applications, with healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Certification as a PEGA Senior Systems Architect; Lead System Architect certification is a significant plus.
- Strong expertise in Pega platform components such as Case Management, Data Management & Integration, Decision Management, and Security.
