Marketing Assistant 3

Our client, industry-leading technology organization is seeking a Marketing Assistant 3 to join their team. As a Marketing Assistant 3, you will be part of the marketing department supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Assistant 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $30/hr to $33/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
• Support the creation of content for various channels including social media, email, and website
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Organize and maintain marketing documentation and reports

What's Needed?

• 2-5+ years of experience in market research or analytics
• Strong experience with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher)
• Experience drafting surveys and applying basic survey design principles
• Proficiency in Excel (crosstabs, pivot tables, data cleaning)
• Experience with statistical tools (SPSS, R, or similar)
• Experience working with large-scale survey datasets
• Experience creating research reports and data visualizations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proven ability to manage timelines and communicate proactively
