Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Quality Analyst 2 to join their team. As a Quality Analyst 2, you will be part of the Office Shared Organization (OSO) supporting AI content experiments and quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote - (Candidates from PST time zone preferred)

Pay Range: $36/hr W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)

What's the Job?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI-generated content, templates, and other Microsoft 365 experiences.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across various Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Validate content quality, functionality, usability, and accessibility to ensure adherence to design standards.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, providing clear and actionable feedback.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs against established quality standards and recommend improvements.

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years of experience in QA, content testing, or usability testing, with a focus on content quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and productivity workflows.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, quality processes, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
