HR Process Documentation & Optimization Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial sector, is seeking a HR Process Documentation & Optimization Analyst to join their team. As a HR Process Documentation & Optimization Analyst, you will be part of the HR department supporting various HR functional areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Process Documentation & Optimization Analyst

Location: Remote (Must live in EST)

Pay Range: $58 - $60/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Partner with HR process owners and SMEs to document current-state workflows across multiple functional areas
  • Create structured process artifacts such as SIPOCs, process maps, and process charters
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, clarity, and consistency
  • Analyze documented processes to uncover bottlenecks, redundancies, and control gaps
  • Facilitate workshops with HR stakeholders to challenge and refine current processes and gather insights

What's Needed?

  • 5–10+ years of experience in business process analysis, documentation, and optimization
  • Proven ability to create SIPOCs, process maps, and structured process artifacts
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading stakeholder interviews and workshops
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with process documentation tools such as Blueworks and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
