Our client, a leading organization in data and technology solutions, is seeking a Technology and Data - Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Technology and Data - Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data Platform Engineering team supporting enterprise data analytics workloads. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technology and Data - Software Engineer

What's the Job?

• Design and build scalable data private cloud platforms leveraging Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Configure and integrate core platform components including compute, storage, and networking layers.
• Support environment buildout for enterprise data center migration, including infrastructure configuration.
• Enable onboarding of multiple tenant applications by defining access models and resource allocations.
• Develop and implement observability frameworks with monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to ensure platform health and performance.

What's Needed?

• Strong experience with Kubernetes, preferably OpenShift, and Linux systems.
• Hands-on experience building and configuring enterprise platforms from scratch.
• Proficiency with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and others.
• Experience with automation tools including Terraform and Helm, and GitOps practices like Argo CD.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and security controls in cloud environments.
