Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Compliance BA (Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent)-CLT - to join their team. As a Compliance BA (Business Execution Consultant 4 - Contingent)-CLT - , you will be part of the Regulatory & Compliance department supporting the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Analyze regulatory requirements and assess impacts across various business functions
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine detailed business and functional requirements
• Support regulatory-driven initiatives, ensuring compliance and timely delivery
• Interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable insights
• Engage with cross-functional teams to identify risks, gaps, and dependencies related to regulatory changes

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience in regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Strong background supporting regulatory reporting and data analysis
• Knowledge of financial markets and banking operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
