As a Scrum Master, you will be supporting the software development teams dedicated to delivering innovative medical products that enhance clinical outcomes. What's the Job?
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Provide technical leadership to an Agile team of 6 to 8 Software Engineers.
- Translate requirements and vision into prioritized user stories, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to ensure alignment and technology reuse.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- 4+ years of experience in C++ or C#.NET within Microsoft Windows development environments.
- 4+ years of experience practicing Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Familiarity with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
