B2B Paid Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leader in the technology and data center industry, is seeking a B2B Paid Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a B2B Paid Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Amplification team supporting marketing and advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: B2B Paid Marketing Specialist

Location: Remote (close to San Jose a plus)

Pay Range: $48/hr+

What's the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day project schedules, budgets, assets, and overall campaign organization to ensure timely delivery and execution
  • Coordinate with media agencies to track campaign milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Translate campaign strategies into clear, actionable guidance for paid media partners and support creative brief development
  • Monitor weekly campaign performance dashboards, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure campaign objectives are accurately reflected and achieved

What's Needed?

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B paid media, digital marketing, or related fields
  • Deep understanding of paid media channels, platforms, and performance metrics
  • Strong project management skills with experience working with external agencies and vendors
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, or similar
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights
