Senior Sourcing Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in retail technology and operations, is seeking a Senior Sourcing Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, you will be an integral part of the procurement and sourcing department supporting strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Senior Sourcing Analyst
Location: Remote (EST or CST preferred)
Pay Range: $40-50/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Support the execution of sourcing strategies for retail technology categories to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.
• Conduct opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling to identify sourcing opportunities.
• Assist in preparing and managing Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and review contracts to ensure compliance and value.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop performance metrics and continuous improvement plans.
• Analyze spend data, track benefits, and support supplier performance evaluations to maximize savings and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, RFP support, contract handling, and spend analysis.
• Experience with sourcing tools and data visualization is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
